      Whilst we understand that you want to adorn in your beautiful new jewels as soon as possible, we kindly ask for your patience as Australia Post are currently experiencing delays due to the impacts of coronavirus COVID-19. 

      Until further notice, all parcels delivered by Australia Post will no longer require a signature for delivery. Your parcel instead will be left in a safe place or taken to your local Post Office for collection for your convenience and peace of mind.

      *All shipping times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch. Please allow 1-2 days for processing. For rural areas, standard shipping can take up to 14 business days (remote areas).

      INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES
      International customers (outside Australia) are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees outlined by local Customs authority. All international packages are shipped DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), meaning these fees are not included in the price of goods purchased from our website. It is your responsibility to pay these fees in order to receive the parcel. We are unable to advise the amounts of what these fees might be, if applicable at all. Please contact your country's custom office for estimated charges and rates on packages coming from overseas.
       
      Please note for all international orders we cannot ship to PO Boxes as signatures are required upon delivery for all express international shipments. 

       

      ESMAE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.

      The shipping cost for orders is non refundable.

      *** Please note that the international shipping costs that ESMAE provide do not reflect the cost of return shipping from countries outside of Australia. It is the responsibility of customers to enquire about the cost of return shipping from their country back to Australia as this fee is in no way covered by ESMAE.
